Welcome to Beve Acqua! These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our application. By downloading, installing, or using Beve Acqua, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beve Acqua, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Beve Acqua is a hydration tracking application that helps users to:

Monitor daily water intake;
Set personalized hydration goals;
Receive reminders to drink water;
View statistics and consumption history.

3. Eligibility

To use Beve Acqua, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Account

Some features may require creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials;
All activities conducted under your account;
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Beve Acqua, you agree to:

Use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms;
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or related systems;
Not use the application in a way that could damage, disable, or overload our systems;
Not transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
Not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (Auto-Renewable)

Subscription disclosure (required): Beve Acqua may offer an auto-renewable subscription (for example, “Beve Acqua Pro”) to remove ads and/or unlock premium features. The subscription title, length, and price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm purchase. Where applicable, we also show the price per unit (e.g., per month).

Billing and renewal:

Your payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.

Managing and canceling:

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
If the app provides a “Restore Purchases” button, use it to restore access after reinstalling or switching devices.

Trials and offers (if available): If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Refunds: Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store / Google Play purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Beve Acqua, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Beve Acqua or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Beve Acqua is a wellness tool and does not replace professional medical advice. Hydration recommendations are general and may not be suitable for all health conditions. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your hydration habits, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
Loss of data or service interruption;
Any third-party content or conduct in connection with the application;
Health decisions based on information from the application.

10. Apple EULA (iOS) and Platform Rules

If you download Beve Acqua from Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless we provide a custom EULA in App Store Connect. 11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated terms. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use. You may also stop using the application at any time.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Uberaba, Minas Gerais, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
